Journal alimentaire

Dear parents,

For the next week, students are asked to keep a log of all the food they eat for each meal of the day, including snack. This is for our health unit on nutrition. The goal is to compare what students are eating on a weekly basis to the Canada Food Guide.

If you have any questions, please feel free to email me.

Happy eating!

Mme Allyson
