Journal d’activités physiques (J.A.P.)

Dear parents,

As February is the month for Heart and Stroke, students are required to complete a log of their physical activity throughout each week. If possible, we are asking that they exercise their heart for a minimum of 20 minutes per activity, 4 times a week.
Please note that students can include any physical activity completed during the lunch hour recess and phys. Ed.

We understand that students have busy lives and so it is not mandatory for them to complete the minimum requirement, but more of a fitness goal. It is meant to be a fun way of tracking all of the exercise that they get in just one week!

Students have a pink sheet (J.A.P.) where they can log all of their physical activity. In addition, they have a booklet of different types of activities to help them fill out their J.A.P.
Journals are due on Mondays J

If you have any questions, please feel free to send us an email.
