French: This week we will be learning how to conjugate verbs ending in ER in the present tense. There will be an evaluation on Friday.
In addition, students are required to read out loud in French for 20 minutes a day, four times a week for the at home reading program. Reading logs from last week are due this MONDAY (November 6th)!
Math: We will be continuing with addition. Students should know their simple addition facts up to 9 + 9.
Religion: Students have started a project on saints. They will be researching more information about a saint of their choice.
English: We will continue with our grammar unit. This week we will learn about sentence structure and different types of sentences. In addition, students will be reading some short texts and completing comprehension questions.
Science: We are completing the second half of our unit on Waste in our World. There will be an evaluation on Thursday, November 9th and students will receive a study sheet on Monday.
