GRADE 4
Here is what we will be covering
in class next week:
French: Students will start a writing assignment where they describe
what a school is. A reminder that students’ reading programs are due
on Monday. If they forgot their yellow tracking sheet at school, students can
always use a lined piece of paper and have a parent sign off on their reading
minutes.
Math: Students will learn how to compare and order numbers, as well
as organizing them into different types of Venn diagrams.
English: Students will learn about homonyms, synonyms and antonyms. There will be an evaluation of this at the end of the unit.
Science: We are continuing with the second half of our unit on Waste in
our World.
Social Studies: We will learn about the different types of scientists
who studied the past.
Religion:
Message from Mme Lora: In Religion class, our focus next week will be on the Ten Commandments and how they are key
to living the life God wants for us.
