Here is
what we will be covering in class next week:
French: Students will be learning about verbs ending in IR
in the present tense. There will be an evaluation on Friday.
A reminder that the French Reading
Program is due on MONDAY. Students should be reading out
loud for 20 minutes a day in French, four
times a week for a total of 80 minutes.
Math: We will continue with our unit on addition. Students should
know their basic addition facts up to the sum of 10, 000. There will be an evaluation
on Wednesday.
English: We will continue with our unit on sentence structure.
Science: Students will learn to develop a flow chart for a consumer
product that indicates the source materials, final product, its use, and method
of disposal.
Social Studies: Students will complete an activity booklet on dinosaurs.
In addition, we will celebrate Métis Week.
Religion: Students will continue to learn
about the following theme: Growing in Holiness with
the Saints.
A REMINDER THAT MONDAY, NOVEMBER 15TH, IS ODD SOCKS DAY.
STUDENTS ARE ENCOURAGED TO WEAR MISMATCHED SOCKS.
