GRADE 5
Here is what we will be covering in class
next week:
French: Students will be learning about the verbs AVOIR and ÊTRE in
the ‘imparfait’. There will be an evaluation on Wednesday.
Math: We will begin module 3, multiplication and division. Students
should be practicing their basic multiplication facts up to 9 X 9.
English: Students will finish an assignment where they demonstrate proper use
of punctuation. It is due on Tuesday. Then we will move on to sentence structure.
Social Studies: Students will
complete chapter 2: the Atlantic region of Canada.
Religion: Students will
continue to learn about the following theme: Service: Remembrance Day and
Friendships. They will also learn the Nicene Creed.
