GRADE 4
Here is what we will be covering in class next
week:
French: Students will be working on a writing assignment where they
describe what a school is.
A reminder that the French Reading
Program is due on MONDAY. Students should be reading out loud for 20
minutes a day in French, four times a week for
a total of 80 minutes. In addition, book reports are due on THURSDAY.
Math: We will be learning about estimating sums, and addition.
English: The letter about Calgary is due on Monday. Then we
will be learning about punctuation.
Science: We will complete part 2 of the Waste in our World unit.
Social Studies: Students will continue to learn about Alberta’s origins.
Religion: Students will continue to learn about the following theme: Called to be One: The Books of the Old Testament.
