GRADE 5
Here is what we will be covering in class next week:
French: Students will be reviewing how to conjugate verbs ending in
IR in the present tense (le présent) and past tense (le passé composé). There
will be an evaluation on Friday. They will also be working
on their book reports that are due at the end of the month.
Math: We will continue with unit 2 on whole numbers.
English: Students will finish writing their epilogue to Secret Signs.
It is due on Wednesday. In addition, they will be learning about the
parts of speech.
Social Studies: Students will finish chapter 1, an introduction to Canada.
Religion: Students will continue to learn about the gifts of our Faith. In
addition, they will be learning about Thanksgiving and gratitude.
