GRADE 5
Here is what we will be covering in class next week:
French: Students will be learning the difference between verbs that
are conjugated with AVOIR and verbs that are conjugated with ÊTRE in the passé
composé. There will be an evaluation on Thursday. A reminder that book reports and
the French Reading Program are both due on Thursday.
Math: We will continue with our unit on patterns.
English: Students will continue to learn about descriptive language. Then they
will learn about punctuation.
Social Studies: Students will continue chapter 2: the Atlantic region of Canada.
Religion: Students will continue to learn about the following theme: Gifts of our Faith: what are covenants?
