Here is what we will be covering in class next week:
French: Students should
now be on log 3 for their French at-home reading program. We will continue to
learn about structure and organization in writing.
Math: Students will
continue to learn about number patterns.
English: We will continue to
learn about sentence structure: run-on sentences, fragments, simple, compound, and
complex sentences.
Science: We will continue
with our unit on rocks and minerals.
Social Studies: Students will
continue to study India.
Religion: Students
will complete readings and reflections about the service and selflessness of
Veterans and their families.
There will also be discussions about peace: within ourselves, and
with our families, friends, neighbours, fellow citizens and globally
Practice being a disciple by teaching a young child in our school
the finger play: HERE IS THE CHURCH. Practice it and memorize it for
Wednesday.

Participate in the Remembrance Day Liturgy on Wednesday at 10:00.
Parents are welcome and encouraged to attend.
REMINDER: Parent-teacher conferences are on
November 9th in the evening, and November 10th during the
day.
