Here is what we will be covering in class next week:
French: Students should
be completing log 6 of their French at-home reading program. This week,
students will finish the unit on the gender of words (masculine and feminine). There
will be an evaluation on Tuesday. Additionally, students will
continue examining word choice with their writing. We will also begin to learn
about how adjectives change form according to the noun that they describe.
Math: We will continue with our unit on
multiplication. Students should be practicing their multiplication facts up to
9 X 9.
English: Students will
continue reading comprehension activities, as well as learn about adjectives
in our writing.
Science: We will continue our
unit on structures and construction.
Social Studies: Presentations of
the Peru project will begin on Monday. Then we will start a new
unit on Ukraine.
Religion: Students
will review unit 3: Born of the Spirit. Students will also continue learn about
Lenten promises. On Friday, Bishop William McGrattan will visit our school and
visit each classroom.
