Here is what we will be covering in class next week:
French: A reminder that the French reading program is due for
Monday.
Students will be learning how to conjugate verbs
that use ÊTRE in the passé composé. We will also
continue our reading groups with GB+.
Math: We will continue to learn about
division. Students should be practicing their division facts up to 81/ 9.
English: We will continue
to learn about contractions and Black History Month.
Science: We will finish
learning the content of our unit on Lights and Shadows. There will be an evaluation
on Wednesday.
Social Studies: Presentations of
the geographical regions of Alberta project will begin on Monday.
Religion: Students will
continue unit 3: The Kingdom of God. Students will also continue to learn about
the liturgical season of ordinary time. They will practice the song “There are
7 Sacraments”. Additionally, they will discuss Lenten promises, participate in
the ash burning ceremony with piety, and listen to the story of St. Valentine.
