Here is what we will be covering in class next week:
French: No reading program is due for
Monday.
Students will be learning how to conjugate verbs
ending in ER in the passé composé. There will be an evaluation on
Friday.
Math: We will start with our unit on
multiplication. Students should be practicing their multiplication facts up to
9 X 9.
English: Students will start
a music research project.
Science: We will start a new
unit on Lights and Shadows.
Social Studies: We will continue to
study the physical geography of the Rocky Mountains.
Religion: Students will
continue unit 2: A New Beginning. Students will also learn about the last
week of the Christmas season in the church. They look at the presentation of Jesus
in the Temple. In addition, they will learn about Epiphany and the hymn “We
Three Kings”.
