Here is what we will be covering in class next week:
French: Students
should be on log 4 of their French at-home reading program. This week, we will
study parts of speech. Additionally, students will work on various French Christmas
activities.
Math: We will
continue with our unit on addition. Students should be practicing their basic
addition facts.
English: Students will be writing
Christmas stories.
Science: We will start a new
unit on sound and hearing.
Social Studies: Students will finish
our unit on India. There will be an evaluation on Thursday.
Students received a study guide on Friday. They will also finish a project
where they research one aspect of India. This will be due on Friday.
Religion: Students will continue unit 2: The Road to Bethlehem. Students will also learn about Advent. In addition, they will learn about Advent candles, the Huron Carol, and the home of Joseph and Mary in Nazareth.
