Here is what we will be covering in class next week:
French: A reminder that the French
Reading Program is due on MONDAY.
Students will finish writing their descriptive text. This is due on
Friday. In addition, students will work on various French Christmas activities.
Math: We will continue with our unit on subtraction. There will be a quiz
on Wednesday.
English: Students will finish writing Christmas stories. They are due
on Friday.
Science: Students will start a group project where they invent an environmental
organization.
Social Studies: We will continue to study the physical geography of the Rocky
Mountains.
Religion: Students will
continue unit 2: A New Beginning. Students will also learn about the third
week of Advent. In addition, they will learn about Mary and Joseph’s journeys,
our homes at Christmas, and the name of Jesus.
REMINDER:
Our school will be hosting an Open House on Thursday from 5:00 – 7:00 pm.
